July 13, 2008 2:00 AM It's a good idea. I don't think the speeding car thing is a good idea though. I like to speed, and what if the cop is mean? "Do you know how fast you were going?" "Uh, 70?" "Wrong. 71." " "Are you giving me some attitude?" "No, I'm just saying that it's a little harsh giving me a ticket because I was going 1 M.P.H. over the speed limit." "Ok then wiseguy, since you don't want a ticket, here's your court date." July 13, 2008 2:00 AM That's not a speed trap*, which reminds me. One time it was 11:30 on a thursday night, it was like 2 weeks ago, and I was at my friends house and we decided to have a bonfire so we got a bunch of kids together and had a fun time but now back to 11:30. Normally on weeknights like that night curfew is at 10, and I'm riding my super fast speedbike I just fixed 2 days earlier. I'm riding home in the pitch black night, and I spot a cop. Now, what was going though my mind is too explicit for Jgames, but I'm sure you can fill it in. It was sitting at the corner of my street facing the other way and it flicked it's headlights on, not the flashy lights everyone hates. Now remember that my bike is super fast. I measured it with my mom's car, and from where the cop was sitting to my house is 3/4 mile, and I covered it on a bike in about 20 sec. I rode right into the backyard and hid behind my shed which was by the garage so I was pretty much unseeable from the street. I heard the cop roll by. For about a half hour after that, I was shaking. Then my brother and his friend showed up. They made a run to cub and got some candy because it was 4/$1.00, so I made them take me there and get some. *Speed traps are those things that have the speed limit on top of them and then your speed below. The cop was sitting there, I think he was patrolling for speeders, because the street is really long and straight. ---------- School school school school school WEEKEND! school school school school school WEEKEND! school.... |

July 13, 2008 2:00 AM I say stop traps. That's called a "rolling stop". Don't pull one of those during your drivers test, they mark you down for it.
