April 23, 2008 2:00 AM What I do to size down all my sigs is I have the picture on my desktop. Then I open it with HP Image Zone, (If you don't have it you should get it.), then I can edit it and take out any blur, then I click 'save as', save it as 'web blog' size, (320x240) and then I upload it!
